Problems After Double Din Install

Hey guys, just installed my double in Pioneer head unit into my 2004 G35. I was on the phone (using the Bluetooth hands free calling) when I went under a dark bridge and my lights were set to auto. When the lights came on, the head unit basically shut off and booted back up. Now since then my dimmer function for the gauge cluster does not work.... It's on full brightness. Any ideas??? also is the in dash clock supposed to light up?

The head unit is a Pioneer AVH-P2400BT with Bose Speakers.

How did you wire up the wires?

Using the supplied wires from crutch field. I ended up bypassing the parking brake safety feature by using a relay.

Okay, found a blown fuse on the "hidden" fuse box under the windshield cowling. I'll replace it in the morning and see what happens. hopefully thats all it is!

FIXED! Finally, blown fuse was caused by a short in wiring for the new headunit. One wire wasnt taped up (oops) and it grounded it when the lights came on.... lol. all better now!
