3rd brake light on while headlights are on?
I failed inspection because my third brake light doesn't run while the headlights are on.
Is it supposed to run like the brake lights run dimmed when your headlights are on? or is the inspector an incompetent jackass?
if so, he'll be severely punished via feather duster.
