2007 coupe a/c & heater fan not working intermittently

Hey guys

I have a 2007 coupe and recently only when starting the car intermittently the fan control does not work. After a few minutes of playing with the fan control will start to work. Anyone encounter this issue or can point me into the correct area to start testing.

Any help will be appreciated

Greg

You mean both -/+ fan buttons won't respond? Could be worn out button contacts.

Take it by your local Nissan dealership, like the member....^....posted it's probably a worn switch/button and needs to be replaced.

Yeah both -/+ buttons don't respond. If the fan was working before I shut off the car, let's say it's in full blast fan setting I shut the car off and restart theres a good chance the fans will not turn even though the display indicates fan setting is at full

For intermittent fan problems, I fixed it by replacing the relay located in the fuse box. Fuse box is located next to the parking brake, to the left. There are other threads that show how to replace it.

On my 2007 G35 the relay is located behind the fuses at the bottom. There are 4 relays there.

It's exactly the problem I had until I replaced my fan relays as mentioned above^^^ it's a cheap easy fix! Pls try this before you do anything expensive trust me I went thru a lot with this lol. And your problem is that you start car and it take a few minutes to kick on. Don't wait get it fixed ASAP as mine kept getting worse and worse until I changed it
