Which one is lower? Inven or Ait ings

does anyone know which one is lower? I currently have the AIT molded ings bumper and am lowered a little with 350z s-tune suspension and I am scraping all over the place. I am considering a full change and would like to go a little higher. Anyone know if the inven bumper is higher in comparison to the ait?

Go nismo if you want a front that's not as low as the inven. You can get poly nismo fronts for cheap and they fit well too.
