I ordered a battery cover from those guy, and it took them FIVE WEEKS to ship it to me. Destination Texa USA, to Alberta Canada using UPS Ground. During that time, I tried to ask them for a tracking number. After about 20 plus long distance calls and 4 weeks later, they still could not provided me one. And they finally send one to me via DHL. The actual shipping time was 4 days. Their excuse was that the first one got lost by the UPS guys. Either you buy their story or they are just not very good. You be the judge.
