We have some driveways around here that are pretty close to that.

Driving my dad's old Cadillac STS one night, I was backing out of a buddy's driveway, and that bastard scraped like crazy at the bottom of the hill.

Also bent the sh*t out of one my exhaust tips on my old Trans Am trying to pull into a driveway to drop my sister off at a friend's house.

OP, unless you can safely park in the street, I wouldn't even try. Why the builder would think that driveways like that are even okay is beyond me...

is this for real...whaaaaat......if so thats the worst design ive ever seen in my life..not getting a stock G in there let alone a lowered one

u might have to do bags if u even wanna get it in there just to raise it up enough..

Bags wouldn't be enough on a G to even attempt to get in that driveway. You'd probably need something more along the lines of a 6" lift kit from a Nissan Frontier or something.

The bottom can be easily done with wooden ramps. As for the top, GL bro. No way.

That's no where near the steepness of the picture you posted -_-. Anyway, MEGUSTA is right, the bottom is manageable, but if you're too low, you cant get over the top. I can't get into the second floor of most parking garages anymore because they're like this.
