Ken Style bodykit done

Hey Guys,
Finally got the Ken style full body kit painted/installed last week, and just now decided to take some pictures. Have not been able to wax car for few weeks now due to recent rains here in San Diego, and now was told by bodyshop not to wax car for another month. So car is a bit dull for pictures, but will do for now. Thought I would share what this KS kit looks like on a black G. Just a preview, before DRSIFU1 breaks out with his Project car, a Lambo yellow G35 with a full Ken Style kit, should be done next week.
KS kit includes the front bumper with fog lights and integrated grill, a rear bumper and side-skirts. So let me know what you guys think about the kit. Please be kind regarding the rear bumper, I know some people wont like it, and actually I did not like it at first but it grew on me and it looks alright on black G. Regarding fitment, the ken bodykit fits perfectly, with no modification at all, made like oem spec. Guess you get what you paid for with bodykits. Also installed are Ings LX fenders which also fit just fine. Took about a week to get parts painted, and paint/install was about $1500. Purchased and ordered the KS kit with Ings fenders from Bulletproof in 1st week last Nov. and received kit last week of Dec.
Wheels are 20" Iforged Evo high polished 20x9 and 20x10 with Falcon st115 tires 245/35 and 275/35. Thanks to G352NV for selling me his extra set of wheels. Springs are RSR for a 350z. Lowers .6" front and rear for Z, but around 1" on G35 but looks just a tad more in front. Also have Bats GTR-style overlays on headlights, tail lights, sidemarkers and 3rd wing light. I did not do a good enough job installing the overlays, so I may order another set. So thats it for now. I may get a CF hood next, but not sure just yet. Im definitely seeing more G's on the road these days, so thats my reason for wanting my G to look a little different from most. .................. Later guys.

WOO HOOO!!!!

Looks good Larry.

That fender is hard to see on a black car.

Did you paint the bottom portion of the rear bumper flat black or is it the same as the rest of the bumper? I am having the shop do it flat black, but now 5% of me is debating whether to make it gloss black...

From the pictures, the fitment of the kit looks amazing. Thanks for making my wait seem that much longer 5 more days

We all need a shot at dusk/evening with all the lights on!!!! I can only imagine what that would like in the rear view mirror, with the HID's, OEM fog lights, and KenStyle fog lights all lit up

Congratulations Larry...

p.s. dam, speed bumps and driveways are going to be a pain to manuever over/around

nice. when you get tired of polishing those rims, you may want to think about painting them black. that would be hot also.

Hey guys, thanks for all the props. Sorry about the poor quality of pix.

Vinh, yup painted the bottom part of rear bumer same color as car. With yours, I say gloss black would be nice, kinda matches your diamond black Volks. Yeah, Ings fenders are hard to see on black G, but does really look good. I recommend you get them for your G, yellow fenders with the painted black vents would look nice. Right on the money about the light show, looks really cool at night with the fog lights and oem lights lite up. With the RSR springs, I measured the front bumper to ground is just about 4 inches, not seriously low, but low enough to watch those bumps/driveways. O.K your up next Vinh ( DRSIFU1 ), cant wait to see that Lambo G!!

Damen, you read my mind. Thought about sending wheels out to get the centers powder coated black or painted like diamond black. Also considered getting the new Iforged Emotions in black center with polished or chrome lips, if thats possible. If only Volks made SF challenge and Winnings in 20-inch diamond black.
