If anybody can suggest what might be wrong? It sounds more of a 'thud' than click or grinding.

Happens when I am turning the steer wheel to the left I could feel the thuds coming from the front of the vehicle.. speed approximately 100KM+ .. normal driving condition I don't hear it at all.

Can it be anything to do with braking pads/rotors? I am planning to have them changed..at approx 20% last time I checked with the rear rotors not being evenly distributed...
