Does G37 Bumper cover kit on G35?

Does G37 Bumper cover kit on G35?
I was thinking about putting an IPL bumper on my G35 Coupe. Wondering if anyone knows if it fits or not. I know at the very least it will need new headlights, but besides that I was wondering if it will bolt up? I was going back in forth about selling my 04 Coupe and getting a G37, but not being able to go to an aftermarket stereo is a major problem with me.

No the hood, fenders, and grille are different as well.
