Well, today I bought a G... well sorta.

I wanted an 04 left over in ivory pearl with willow int. After some searching at the dealership, we find one that matches exactly what I want. Well, it was a little late and the receptionist left so no one could do the paperwork and call that dealership who had the car and ask them to hold it. well, I call anyway just to find the exact mileage and what do you know... SOLD!! WTF

No luck. Now I have to go further to buy my car. either way, i'm still getting it but just pisses me off b/c this was exactly what I wanted.

oh well, the other one is exactly the same but has no mud gaurds... which i wanted!

Good luck....'04 is the way to go, especially if you're getting a 6MT....better price, Brembos, more torque! Splash guards can be easily added if the car you buy doesn't have them.

If it's exactly what you want, but minus the mudguards, then things aren't so bad. Just have the dealer throw on the mudguards. Since it's an 04 you can probably get them to put it in for free. Remember that the dealer wants to get rid of these cars first, so you should be able to get the pricing pretty low on the car. Good luck.

Or as seen in my case, '05 has better price, nicer interior, more hp. Thats right I went to my local dealer and found an '04 6mt in late December and they wouldn't budge lower than a $1000 over invoice. I left and now I ordered a '05 6mt for $500 over invoice and it should be here next week.

 

ic... well I work at infiniti as a tech. so mud gaurds really aren't a problem for me to put on. also, I'm recieving a discount for employee's. and an AWESOME finance rate.

05 is nice, but no brembo's just kill it. Interior is nicer but I can live with that.

the way I look at it is... 18 hp, nicer interior vs. brembo's (which would be costly to get) and better finance rate? besides... we didnt recieve any 05's in 6mt yet. and we won't for a couple of weeks. we on the east coast havent gotten them yet.
