I am waiting for a call back from my dealer. I have a problem with my driver's side window. I have noticed that it has been moving slower and sounding more strained as it goes up lately. Now, half the time when going up it will close about 3/4 of the way, then suddenly stop and roll back down. Its as if the sensor things someone put thier hand in the way or something.

I don't have tinted windows, so that has nothing to do with it.

I have the grease problem too. I have had my coupe since November. I wonder if when it runs out of grease to smear on the windows if the mechanism starts to bind! :-)

 

I dont have my coupe yet and when I do get it hopfully it wont come with grease but I did hear on this forum that there was A TSB for the grease so mention that to the dealer when you go.

 

Ok, now its worse. Now the window will not go up or down! Totally dead!

 

OMG I HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM! I roll up the windows and the passenger side always just goes back down 3/4 of the way. I already took it in to get it fixed but its happening again. They reseted the window motor, BUT IT CAME BACK. THIS IS BS, NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK AND GET IT FIXED AGAIN. wtf, seems like they give me a defected car, did I give them defected money? had to vent..
