Does "smart wrench" work?

I try to change my oil and the drain plug was soooo tight and I could not remove it..I saw a product called "smart wrench" (as seen on tv) does it work? any tip on how to remove stripped plugs, tools?..thanks..

I have a Metrinch tool set that I use for rounded nuts and bolts. It cost a lot but it has helped me countless times.

Sears has a socket set just for stripped bolts and nuts.

thanks ushtang, I went to my mechanic and was able to remove the rounded nut..when we drain the oil it was real black and smelled really bad..Seems like those quick oil change places probably did not replace oil...
