It sounds good but I couldn't live with the 'Farty" sounds after each rev.

Eh the Nismo already has that kind of growl and I like it. I like the regular full nismo set up better though. To me tone wise it sounds like the stock exhaust with added loudness and growl.

That was the same reason I chose mine. I really like the way the G35 sounds stock. The Nismo gave it that extra ummmph. This is the video that sold me on the Nismo.

i will add if u choose to run the nismo y pipe then dont run anything other than stock cats because with test pipes and high flow cats it causes issues with components throughout the exhaust cracking in time i found out on a few different occasions..simply put the nismo y pipe sucks

I think I'm starting to get sold on this exhaust. MD just seems way too expensive.

worth every penny to me..i bought it with the resonator attachement to quiet down the rasp which it did and it gave me a nice boost in power over the nismo y pipe..

I already have the XYZ...straight pipe though...so I'm already a little bit of the way there. I meant the TDX2 seems a little pricey.

Do you notice any performance boost with the Nismo S-Tune?

I'm looking at megan y pipes now because I really don't wanna spend around 400 bucks. I don't know much about a lot of these brands though. Can anyone link me a decent y pipe that will def fit and bolt up correctly to a nismo s tune mid and muffler?

The only reservations I have on doing any of this is that every REALLY good sound S tune video is running test pipes, and I don't wanna do that I'd rather use stock cats.

The XYZ is worth the money. I just bolted one on my stock exhaust because my stock Y pipe was beat to **** by the previous owner and you can tell the difference in sound and feel. It's a quality product.

If I get one itll be with the straight pipe connection. I want it to be as loud as possible. Everyone I see for the most part goes for the resonated.
