So could anyone help point me out to whether or not this is fixable for these types of doors? I've taken this to three local shops and they had no idea on how to fix them.

Well I Seafoamed the cylinder multiple times and I guess when you do it over and over like that in the same cylinder, you pretty much get another car.

Strange that you're having a hard time finding it. I went to their shops several times when I was at school at UCSD. They took care of a couple dings/dents and also repainted front bumper. Some of my fraternity brothers had more major work done. I swear, it Seafoam can fix everything!

Probably because you forgot to vinyl wrap the piston first

Any decent body shop should know how to adjust doors.... hmmm.... I would suggest asking them to revert it back to factory hinges.

They were welded on, do you think it'd still be doable?

I'm surprised you can't find Seafoam. I actually thought they were kinda nation-wide type of thing. Major cities and whatnot. I just had them replace my flexner valve and my kranstin flanges so my stoppers lined up correctly. Pretty cheap too. They seem to higher pretty quality guys. At any rate, if your doors are welded on, have them de-weld your flanges and replace'em with OEM.

Epic....doesn't begin to describe this thread....Sorry for your door situation. Hit up CalCul8, he knows the manager of one of them. They can definitely get that hinge situation fixed.

dang B those doors are dope! OP, have em put stock doors back on, like STAP IT said just watch out for the vacuum lines in the door, if they're not installed correctly you could have trouble lining up the new doors (or fixing your existing ones).

There's a product in Autozone that you can use to get the weld off the hinges, it Ricremvr, but it works like a charm. I'm pretty sure you can find it at any local parts store
