Okay background.

OC consumed old engine have new one in and everything bolted up. Go to bleed the car and cant get it to burp. Cool so i start troubleshooting.

Realize fans are not kicking on for either side even with a/c going. Check the 40amp in the battery compartment and replace. Nothing.

Go get a new set of fans thinking they are bad like the recall. Nothing.

At this point the only two things left in my book are the ecu and the three relays.

So im at the point of removing relays but i dont know how to test them. So i figured what the hell ill just swap them up and still nothing. Is it possible that all three are bad at same time? Ive heard of one or two going bad but all three at once?

Anything anyone else can think of that could be keeping them from running?
