depends.... fiberglass kits are sometimes easier on fitment, depending on the brand and the quality of their work. lighter also depending on how the urethane kit was made.

fiberglass pros:
cheaper, lighter (sometimes), paint sticks better, easy to repair if cracked/chipped, can look better when its finally painted vs urethane

fiberglass cons:
can have fitment issues, depending on yoru driving style can be bad choice if you drive rough

urethane pros:
can bend and not crack, if quality kit then it may have very nice fitment

urethane cons:
can cost extra to paint/install because it may need special prep work, if bad qaulity it can sag when its hot, if bent too far paint can chip/flake off, may have little pit holes in it when its finally painted--depending on the way the urethane kit was made, more expensive than fiberglass

just depends on your driving style i suppose...

Also, fiberglass cons: Stress fractures around small radaii causing cracks to form in the bumper and paint. Easily damaged by rocks being slung at it. It's pretty rigid and not as forgiving as urethane. There is a reason that the stock bumper isn't fiberglass.

That's all that comes to mind. Me, I'd stick with a good urethane bumper if I had the choice...
