Wanting to add a spoiler to my G

So one of my plans this year is to get myself the stock spoiler that the Gs come with, but are there any other ways to get one without getting the 3rd party one? Or do they look pretty much identical?

the replica

vs. the stock one

EDIT: I found some spoilers on ebay as well, are those oem?

I agree. There are people that want to go without the wing and usually just trade trunks. Keep in mind if there is a light, you have to figure out the wiring or try and match the paint. OEM should just be plug n' play.

See Verbob, spoilers are everywhere if you just ask. Make sure you get all the hardware with the spoiler and it might be a good idea to have a body shop install....far less headaches!

The OEM one and the replica one are different in that the LED light in the OEM one sits flush with the spoiler and is a rectangle while on the replica one there is a bump and the LED light is more curved.

OEM - Notice the rectangular shape compared to the replica, as well as the lines behind the LED light

Replica - Circular shape, with no lines behind LED light

Also keep in mind that many vendors on eBay use pictures they find online for their products so they might not give you the OEM spoiler even if the picture shows an OEM spoiler

I got mine on ebay brand new. They paint it to the color of your car. 3 layers of dupont paint and two coats of clear. It was $119 shipped made of abs plastic. Looks just like oem, I can't tell the difference. Paint quality is top notch and install was pretty easy.

As others said trade trunks 90% of the people on here like wingless vs the ironing board, it sould be easy and way cheaper to trade....or keep the wingless
