Question for Dealers
I ordered back in early December, a 6mt Coupe, Lakeshore,Stone,Splash Guards, Body Side Molding. The salesperson left the dealership so I called the sales manager and he informed me the order was not accepted at this configuration. After asking me if I would accept another configuration, which I said preferably not, he said he would see what could be done to fix the problem. Obviously they dropped the ball in not informing me of this when the car was ordered.
I thought that when one orders a car, knowing it may take a few months, it is ordered with any configuration. Is this how Infiniti works?

damn, that totally sucks. i'm sorry to hear that. that aint how Infiniti here in hawaii works. i'm sure they're scared of all the "local" hawaiians/samoans/tongans/polynesians! obviously, that dealership's salesperson was not trained correctly. i sense terrible communication skills amongst the employees/customers.
10 fingers & 10 toes up that dealer's a.ss.
