2005 g35 coupe passenger seat stuck in recline position

my coupe's passenger seat is stuck in a very low recline position and the power seat switch is not working. i took it to the dealer and the stated i need to replace the whole seat cushion because the switch assembly is not sold seperately. the seat cushion alone is about $3000 then there would be the expensive hourly labor rate. any advise on what i should do at this point or where i can find a used seat in good condition? my interior color is black if anyone has anything for sale. thanks!

I had the same problem, stuck in the recline position and all I had to do was replace the fuse and it fixed the problem.

I had the same exact problem. The bottom cushion was 2600 and labor to install was 400. My aftermarket warranty covered it but it would have been nice to just swap out a fuse. Which fuse and where is it located?

Can you elaborate as to the location the fuse? I was told that the motor is our and will cost 1,000 foot the motor alone. I'd go to after market buckets but I like the heated seat option. Any help would be appreciated, I'd even be interested in the motor if anyone has one.
