Talking Will this Chargespeed rear look good on my 06 Coupe

Hey guys, just bought a G35 coupe, completely stock 6 speed with 20k miles, excellent condition. I might have jumped into a purchase to fast, but I love the charge speed rear bumper and I purchased a replica ... I plan on taking the bumper to a reputable body shop to paint and install. I had a few questions regarding putting the bumper on or not.

Heres where I got the bumper.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/INFINITI-G35...5817d4&vxp=mtr

Fiberglass/predrilled/no modification/perfect fitment. (In description)

And I've attached photos of my car.
1.Does the bumper I purchased look like it will work?
2. Will it look fine with the stock look with 19" OEM rims? (Attached photos)
3. For the bottom part of the bumper where the exhaust comes out, I would like it not painted the same color as the car.. Do people just leave it how it comes when you buy it and paint the rest of the bumper? Or do they actual paint that part of the bumper black?

I would like it to look like this. https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...l%3B1009%3B574

Thanks in advance guys

1. No one can tell until you get the bumper. But seeing as it's an eBay replica it might not be the best fit.
2. That's a personally opinion. If you like it, that's all that matters.
3.You probably will want to have it painted black.

You will want to have aftermarket side skirts to make them flow better cause the cs rear hangs lower & will not flow well with oem sides and front imo.

Wont look good without skirts and front. Rear will be way too low.

If you do end up getting sides, fiberglass should be fine. But if you get a front bumper be sure to go for polyurethane.

Here are some to choose from, listed with their price. Click Me That is just one of the many vendors that sells body kits.

If you decide to go for the full body kit, make sure to have them all painted at once so that the paint matches better and costs you less.

Amballar, welcome to DRIVER and "Congratulations" on finding such a low mileage super clean coupe! The rear bumper isn't the place to start modding your coupe, buying anything on eBay isn't the best idea! Start with a lip for your front bumper, that will elongate the profile of your coupe. We have vendors on our MARKETPLACE that sell quality products and a very reasonable price, they guarantee what they sell....check em out! Enjoy the ride!

Thanks guys for the information, I'm going to buy fiberglass side skirts and the front bumper lip, and install all at once. Hope that will do the trick to flow well, I do have the 19" OEM forged wheels so Im going to keep those.

You have found a real gem! There are very few coupes around here with that low mileage. Out of curiosity how much did you pay? Before you start modding here's food for though. Immediately upon adding body parts the value of your G will drop. You will be pouring money into the car you will never recoup. A super clean stock coupe is the exception here with highly modded cars the norm. This is just my personal opinion and by no means the opinion of the majority of Driver members.

The car had one owner prior to me, and he was a freak with keeping the car clean, Never driven in rain or snow, never ran through a car wash only by hand. There was not one mark on the car, 24302 miles to be exact . Only put 93 octane in and filled it up every time. He traded it in for a new Acura TL and the dealership wanted 23 from me for the G, I got it down to 20 out the door. But you completely changed my mind in putting a kit on this car. Ive realized im gonna keep the car completely stock, just add drilled slotted rotors and an axle back exhaust and that is all. Im going to purchase a full body kit this summer paint it and keep it till I at least double the miles I have on the car now or when the exterior gets worn (Bumpers, skirts). Thanks a bunch, that thought was in the back of my head the whole time !
