You were incorrect claiming you were first, people just corrected your claim. It's just a matter of respect to people who actually did different mods first, to give credit to those who actually did it first. Why get so butthurt just because you made a false claim and were corrected?

Just move on, accept your mistake, and provided any extra insight from your experience that might be valuable to someone in the future. This thread doesn't have to be all about your mistaken statement only...

By 1st, I'm assuming you mean not the first. You're not the 1st to do it. You're not the 1st to do it on this board. JohnsG35 did roof racks last year on his DG G35 with much more visual appeal. That said, perhaps you can modify your claim by saying "1st Red G35" or "1st stock G35" or "1st G35 to claim to be 1st and not realize that it's roof racks and that's not really a thing that many people would claim to be 1st about unless you had some sort of vehicle that everyone thinks SHOULD have a roof rack but there's no roof rack available and have custom built this roof rack that I will now market". So, there are some suggestions to add validity to your claim. Well, as much validity as one could expect in a post about roof racks on a car that you can put roof racks on without having to go to like West Coast Customs.

 

By posting that, what did you get out of it? If your not going to leave this thread do one of two things.

2) Just because there arent pics on the internet doesnt mean anything. I know a few Gs that arent on the forum and dont have pics from google searches that have roof racks...

 

Lol let it go guys, we are really hurting this guy's feelings it seems. Congrats on the roofrack bro, let us know how it holds up/if any issues arise or you would do anything different/go with a different setup.
