Battery tray bolts removal?????

I need to remove the bolts for the battery tray. I got the tray out by drilling the bolt heads because they were rusted and stuck. I can drill out whats left but how do i get to the underside where the bolts go through? Ive tried to find a micro fische to see a diagram of the area but i cant find any. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

I guess we shouldn't ask, why you're trying to remove the battery tray.

Those bolts aren't that big, did you try a breaker bar at least?

The battery acid spilled over and rusted the bolts out and got underneath the tray. So Im going to clean it out and plastidip that area and put the tray back. I got the tray out by drilling the heads off the bolts. What size are the bolts supposed to be? The dealer didnt have the replacements and now i have to go to napa or home depot.

If there's rust under the tray a better idea is using a paint that will stop rust. Automotive paint stores sell it or I believe PepBoys carries it too. That PlastiDip crud isn't the answer!

Agree with Gary^
Plasti dip is not going to stop rust, rust does grow if not treated.
