Well that was an oversight by them... wonder why they didn't put one in it. It is the one made for the g35.
thanks for letting me know.

ALL overflow tanks need to breathe so it is an oversight regardless of the model.

you sure its a coolant overflow tank? the one i had, and iirc, all the ones on their site, include a vent. you're on the right path though...just drill a quarter inch hole on the side near the top. throw in a fitting and some plastic tubing if you care about keeping things clean.

You do not need to drill a hole! The WeaponR coolant reserve tanks have a hose that removes the pressure and any excess fluids. I have new one sitting here in my office that I'd be willing to sell cheap. This is what happens when you order items from cheap companys like B2 Designs that refuse to stand behind what they sell and screw you on top of that!!

yep drill and tap 1/8 npt near the top and put in a compression fitting elbow with a tube out of it.

yes I will have to add a vent to it. it does not have one.

hers some pics

it has a fluid level sight tube but no vent.

I didn't expect it to be great the price was right even if I have to fix it a bit. I am not a fan of weapon r at all... there stuff sucks
it fits in the location great just need a small spacer under the mounting point. it does look alot nicer than the oe overflow. it will do what it needs to hold extra coolant that's all I need it for.

djw88, the pic you posted looks nothing like the radiator overflow tank I wish I didn't have!
