Any clue? Tightened up the spring in the bucket, since it sounds like a creaking spring , but problem still continues . Funny thing is, noise won't sound in reverse, only when going forward.

 

I would say brakes. Not sure if a bad hub would sound like that

 

Yup, you can start by process of elimination, jack the car up and remove the caliper and spin the axle to see if it goes away.
