I just got 06 projectors for my '05 and was looking to get new bulbs. From all I've read these are the 2 best bulbs other than the standard 4300k. I also understand that the Philips put out a more blue color where the Osrams have a more white color.

Am I going to notice the difference of 3200 lumen vs 2400 lumen of the Philips? Also is there a legit seller on ebay or Amazon I can buy either bulbs from? Do the Osram's have a way to tell if they are authentic like the Philips do?

Not sure about the sellers....kind of use your common sense judgement on that. If you have an ounce of doubt dont buy from whomever it may be. As far as the lumen, you will notice a difference. I know the numbers seem pretty close but it is a difference, 32 is much brighter than the 24. As for the color...depends on whee you live and how much of a pain the cops are. More often than not you wont get pulled over for just that, but it does happen. With lights whiter is better...draws less attention. Good luck
