Problem with g35 trunk wires are fine please help

whats up guys im having some weird problem with my G. its an 03 coupe
basically the trunk opens sometimes and other times it wont. it does not matter if i use the fob key to open it or i press the button by the steering wheel.
I checked the cables behind the rubber boot they are fine... it also seems that only when its hot outside the trunk wont open when its cold it works.
any ideas? thanks in advance
