What do ya'll put in the little cubbie hole right under the passenger side 12V outlet? I mean it is such an odd shaped hole

 

I wondered this myself. I have no idea what or if I will put anything there. maybe I can use that area to somehow mount my cellphone holder.

 

My wife put toothpicks in there, but I think its for a cellphone while your are re-charging.

 

I think it's for the drivers cigarette pack in Japan. They are right hand drive and that little cubbie is right next to the cigarette lighter. Me, I tuck my radar detector cable into that spot.

 

I think it is too small for a cellphone.....

 

passenger's put stuff in there, wallet, phone, smokes, etc..

 

I usually keep my Infiniti service card in there. Who really uses that top card holder on the driver's side?

yes...it was meant for cigarettes (as sad as that sounds being an MD) for japan drivers to use since it is right next to the cigarette lighter and japan's RHD vehicles.

as with most others, I stuff the cord for my cellphone charger in there. I've no cord on my Valentine1, it's hardwired. and I store cards over the passenger sunvisor. I replaced the card holder over the driver's side with an oh sh-t handle.

 

Someone should make an Ipod dock that fills the hole. I don't know if thats even possible but.. just throwing out ideas.
