Undercarriage Damage

Not quite sure if this is the correct place for this thread but here goes.

I got some slight undercarriage damage the other day, and I'm just wondering if this is a problem or not?

The damaged area is circled in bold red, the front part of it is bent up.

My flex pipe was torn as well, so that's needs to be replaced. Preferably with an HR one.
