I don't like when things get too "busy" on a headlight

Phantastik, I actually just installed those a few weeks on my 05 BS coupe and I love em. I have a few people every day that stop and ask me about them.

Not to offend you or anything, but I agree with JKL1031.

I actually purchased my 06 G35 Coupe 6MT with the 05 OEM light set-up. The previous owner did tell me he didn't like the 06 as well. In fact, I believe my headlights were his own project; meaning, he took out the crystal-ish looking sides and cleared them out, took out the orange colored housing and pretty much cleared everything out.

He then added the LED lights on the side (having 2 colors... 1-orange LEDs for turn signals which are pretty cool. and 2- white LEDs for night lights which I think this one is overrated and ricey looking). The side white LEDs are actually fading 1 by 1 lol so I will take those out later.

Overall, the 05 headlights are good looking IMO.

Like some other guy in the above mentioned... It is all people's preferences. I would have to agree with JKL1031 again.

Maybe I was not clear enough. I sold my 06 projectors. I bought a set of 03-05 headlights I put brand new quad projectors into them. They are not infiniti at this point at all. The 05 lights are in fact junk. They are just easier to do a quad mod on than the 06 due to clearance issues. If I we not modding the lights I would do 06 all day long.

Has been, and remains, one of my favorite coupes on here. Well done as always.

I think the general theme here is that the factory lights are the best by FAR. Even when people do things to them, they 98% of the time, look better than ANY aftermarket light.
