Lookks like overlays. That spoiler is obscuring the look of the lights a little as well

 

Ya, overlay's...I love the rear tail's on the G, dont know why some ppl like those honda looking overlay's. I think IF you go the overlay route to get BAT's complete taillight overlays, and that IMO looks better on some colors than others.
