i heard this exhaust on youtube and it sounded good and i was wondering if this would bolt right up to the stock z mid pipe and what the extra pipe was for in the listing?

That extension pipe may be for the Z setup, but the bends don't look right.
Best bet is to contact the seller.
But beware because pretty much all no name mufflers will give you either rasp or drone or both.
And the pic of the G they're using has the oem exhaust and not the one they're selling.
