Uprev Tune or Megan Exhaust? - 04 Coupe 6MT

I have an 04 coupe with 5/16 spacers, HFC's, and z-tube/K&N.

What is best next, an uprev tune or a y-pipe and catback exhaust. I'm not considering a high end exhaust, maybe a megan though.

you'd want to do an uprev tune AFTER you've done all your bolt on mods. so do the full exhaust first.
