It's a little unusual for the dealer to not ask for a deposit, but that should not affect you in any way. As far as the deal, if you're getting the car for $35,729, that's an awesome deal. Anything around $1000 over invoice for a 6MT is good.

 

that price right there should be right at or just below invoice, how did you get that?

Also strange that you don't have to put a deposit.
