Front Axle click ?
I was in the drive thru at Carls Jr and I was moving my steering wheel left and right and I could hear a click/ clunking noise. What could that be ? Is something loose or broken or needed to be replaced. My car drives straight and true and does not pull.

Compression bushings or ball joints are going bad...most people just replace the entire compression rod, because you will get both a new bushing and ball joint with it. They run about $160. If you're lowered you should also put better bushings in the rods (whiteline, energy, etc)
There is no front axle in a RWD Coupe.
Probably something like a front ball joint that needs replacing. You should climb under there and look around to make sure it's not something like a bent sway bar, or failing welds on the control arms, or something gone awry on the tie rods.

I would actually suggest going polyurethane on lowered or stock height compression rods. The geometry of the front suspension is imperfect from the factory and the rubber bushings will be gone again in a matter of months. The imperfect geometry also explains the gap that you get when installing the poly bushings, but poly stands up to the pressure better than the rubber.
Your click could also be, however: steering knuckle ball joints, tie rod end ball joints, lower control arm bushing, upper control arm ball joint. I would take it to a shop and ask them to inspect for something "obvious" (I.e. leaky ball joints, busted bushings, bent parts, loose ball joint nuts)
