Aftermarket bumper fog light help!
#31
you dont need to cut the whole grille insert you only cut a square where the lamp is fitted everything else fits in perfectly. without cutting it, it will not fit. the kit already comes with brackets and screws. to do this I did not need to take off the bumper only the upper grille and the plastic under the bumper. there was plenty of room.
i am going to take pictures of the wiring and harness later on today today (my spare set) and tell you where i tapped everything into.

well truthfully if you driving with just the oem fogs on instead of the lowbeam a lot of people don't even notice that its fog lights on. the traditional low fogs has great output and also for looks. now i am looking for an aggressive lip.

^prove me wrong. take a normal sitting pic from behind the wheels sitting in the driver seat with jus ur new fog lights on and show me the output is usable. yea the output looks great from outside the car but from behind the wheels for the driver its useless. but yes our oem fogs are like regular headlights and u cant tell lol. but since I have projectors I guess u could but I don't care lol

here are what i did Urbanengineer.
1. Relay that it came with.
2. Power line that has an inline fuse - Attached to the positive battery terminal
3. Ground cable attached to the frame from a 10mm bolt
4. Attach the switch/button to the harness connected to the relay
5. Ground wire attached to driver side frame where a 10mm bolt was usable. - red power wire tapped with the IGN fuse in the fusebox by the foot pedals.
6. then attached these to the fog lights.
