Not A Good Day.. G Down. Updated!

Another update; on the second page.

UPDATE:
So they're currently fixing my G and it should be done by sometime next week. There were a total of around $6,300 in damages to the car and the insurance has my car valued at $12,600 thus it was not totaled. I plan on selling the car and purchasing my friends 6mt sport coupe with money I get from selling the car and diminished value claim.
Any ideas on what I could sell my G for after this wreck? All parts were replaced with brand new OEM infiniti parts, the car has 62,xxx miles on it, its in very good condition.

Today I was in an accident in my G. I was not found at fault because the lady pulled out infront of me to turn but stopped right in the intersection as soon as she saw me I had no choice to slam on the brakes and swerve or else I would'ved t-boned her. I swerved she then hit the back left quarter panel of my car causing me to slide side ways up onto the side walk then back down onto the street. Not sure if my car is totaled yet or not, will be finding out next week. Cop estimated $6,000 worth of damage. Not sure if the frame is bent or not.

Reason for my front bumper not being torn off or damaged was due to me turning the wheel trying to recover from the slide the curb grabbed my tire and smashed it down. Cop said I would've rolled if it wasn't for my quick reaction and good driving. Could've been alot worse but it wasn't thank the Lord.

Ill post more pics upon request.

I think sometimes its jus better to just hit the car that's making the mistake instead of trying to avoid it. sometimes trying to avoid it is more dangerous. glad u made it. new car time!!

What I suggest you do is contact and lawyer and seek therapy. I was involved in a accident that I was not at fault. I felt fine just sore but years later developed back problems because of the crash.
