Remanufactured Has rear top knock on start up.

So I have a 2006 G35 Coupe AT Bought it w 59,000 mile on it and put only 16,000 on it when I noticed a knocking after the car warmed up. Just as I thought, it was a rod on cylinder 6. My extended warranty paid to have a remanufactured engine put in last month. I leave the Nissan dealership and I have this crazy shutter at around 40 mph, (wasn't there before) I take it back, they say its the drive train. Replaced that!! Now.... I get it home after a new engine and new VT and when I start it in the morning there is knocking (much quieter than before) Last time, the knock was after the car warmed up, this time its only when I first start the car, after a few minutes it goes away. It seems to be coming from the very back, top. Anyone have any idea what this could be? I am about feed up with this dealership. I mean how many things can be wrong with this car and not to mention a reman'd engine??!!!

Thank,
Theresa

Data log your daily driving with an OBD2 Port scanner and change your gas station. Everything else is on the dealership!

Not too sure on the engine side what is going on though, maybe the remanufactured engine has its issues also...
