Re: ventilated rotors for brembos
I've talked to mechanics and read articles. Most say that drilled rotors accomplish nothing on the street, yield little improvement on the track, and are prone to cracking problems.
For a true performance application, slotted rotors are supposed to be more effective. Of course, they don't look anywhere near as cool.

Re: ventilated rotors for brembos
slotted and cross drilled rotors would be great if you are planning to autocross or steet course race your g. If you are just planing to use it as your daily driver and killer of mustangs then the stock brake system and rotors will be fine. To really notice the difference you would need to a good number of laps. Im kind of surprised that we didnt get crossdrilled and sloted rotors on our stock brembos(i guess this isnt a porche), they would have been real awesome and looked amazing too.

The brembos are ventilated...all rotors these days are ventilated
You probably meant cross-drilled or slotted. That doesnt do much, just for nice looks, and as someone said, more proned to cracking because the steel is weaker from all of the slots and holes
