Looking for a good tune for a non rev up 04mt G!!!!! Any help?

Uprev is the one that works well for all of the G series. You can get an e tune from afar from a tuner or dyno tuned by this.

I've done a few of those

OP an Uprev tune is going to cost at least $500 for the reflash it yourself at home and datalog version up to $800 for a dyno tune..
