they didnt fix mine because it was "already fixed in 2011" under the recall.
my question is this
theyre saying its the same issue again. (the old problem has resurfaced)
they arent required to attend to this!?
why issue recalls at all?

bare with me here. trying to understand where theyre coming from

They cant turn down a recall or work on safety/restraints. Ask them if they want to get sued.

Maybe try from the angle that they did NOT fix it 3 years ago if the exact same problem showed up and the fix is the exact same as what is outlined in the recall.

theyre going about it like "well we fixed it once under recall and now its no longer our problem"

obv something wasnt fully and 100% corrected

I find it odd that it was fixed and then you had no problems for 3-ish years and now there's a problem.

Assuming you read the recall, is the airbag fault code the exact some one that's described in the recall? Is the fix for this fault code the exact same fix as the recall?

In addition to these mods, HKS | MD | Stillen | H&R | Nismo | HD | Ztube | SPC | Powertrix I suggest an OBDII scanner.

so how does this work? infiniti is saying they fixed the issue prior so they are no longer responsible for the issue. mind you this is a pretty serious safety concern they are blatantly disregarding.

they fixed it, the problem arises again and now they say too bad- we cant help

is this normal?? should i continue to fight this? it sounds like it was never fixed the right way to begin with

They probably have the mind set that they fixed and that you probably could have messed with it. Id contact infiniti via phone or facebook. Maybe call a different dealer if you have one nearby.
