Now that I have to take my car in for the pop noise .... I wanted to get a feel for the level of service and professionalism .... specifically at Alta infiniti in woodbridge.

Did they clean up after themselves ??? did they call you and let you know what they are doing ...? how long it may take?

how was the condition of the car when you got it back ...? dirty hand marks inside ? etc.

I dunno...I just want my car to be my car and untouched ...you know.... noone sitting in it ...

LET ALONE test driving it when I am not there, or joyriding .. you know ?

unfortunately its not going to remain that way....
