Looking for a little history help

Looking at getting another G and keep coming back to this one http://www.signaturemotorsports.net/..._226532646.veh

Just seeing if anyone on here recognized it or the history on it (its in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area), it has a salvage/rebuilt title is my concern. Thanks for the help in advance

Price is too high for a Salvage/Rebuilt title. It's nicely modified (which is why it keeps catching your eye) but I'd pass. Purchasing a car that's a Salvage/Rebuilt would bother me and I'm assuming you too, especially if you purchase it at that price.

Salvaged title is why the price so low. Unless you're an experienced mechanic you need to walk away from this coupe...Gary

Salvage doesn't scare me, I'm just looking for some history and I have a friend that's a dealer and the purchase price for him will be in the 9500 range. The car was salvaged in Texas sold on copar and has a Florida rebuilt title.

If you know the VIN you might be able to create an account at mycarfax.com and pull any service records for it for free.

And that price I wouldnt even bother. It should be atleast 4k cheaper than that. A VIN check will most likely only show basics but not so much the repair history unless if it was serviced at Infiniti only I think

Personally I would not buy a rebuilt period, particularly one that has been in an accident.

From the pictures I can see the following things:

1. An uneven gap between the R/H headlight and the bumper, around the grill area.
2. The R/H front mud guard is missing.
3. The Battery cover is missing.
4. Some of the clips that secure the front frame to radiator cover appear to be missing and loose. Based on these items alone, I would suspect the accident occurred on the right front side of the car. Any work performed by someone that leaves things off after a repair, worries me. What other parts or critical things were left off or overlooked during the repair?
5. The door interior upholstery is coming loose.

If you do decide on it, inspect the front end very closely. In fact it might be a cheap investment to have an alignment check done and base your purchase on that. It would suck to invest cash on car that does not drive straight. Be patient, the right one will come along.

Good Luck
