I had my stock rims dipped in gloss black. I'm happy with the look.

so guys here she is. plasti dipped the rims
matte black and threw metalic red lug nuts on then too. it looks sexy im loving it. i feel like it lost the luxury feel but looks like more of a tuner now. tell me what u guys think

Looks like the car got cheaper. I guess if you had a bunch of curb rash you were covering up, then ok...

But yes, looks cheap, and ricer. Looks like every other G35 than someone got a hold of and tries to make look racier. Kind of sad. And red lug nuts? Why, to match the tail lights?

I'll be glad when this "dip my wheels black" goes out of style. Looks like a thick coating of brake dust.

But until then, Plastidip separates those who can afford real wheels and those that rattle can.

But hey, it's your car, do what you like, but you asked for opinions here.
