i ordered my g at dec. 28, 04. dealer tell me it will come in at end of february, today he say it will come at end of april . how long for eveyone?

 

at the most it should take 4month... from what i know infiniti just got there
6mts first delivery in febuaray... thats why i went to the dealer to check it out...
they had almost every color with veriety of options on it... it was hard to get
a deal on it... plus my dad wouldn't let me get a stick do to the powerful engine
that he thought i couldn't handle... sucks... but i'm still happy with my at...
its still strong and it still hauls ***.... second thought... i think i wouldn't been
able to handle the mt too... the dealer might be bsing so check there inventory
every now and then....

 

Takes aprox. 3 months and they hit the lots in December. Sometimes they come in a little faster, but that is because the dealer has one coming in with the options that you ordered.

 

I was in the same boat in S.FL. Your looking MIN 12 weeks before you get the car that you ordered. The dealer BS me said end of feb (ordered first of jan) then tried to put me in another car with different options. I actually went on Infiniti's site built one and found it at another dealer. Called them up and they laughed at me telling me all 6mts have money on them. Gave the guy the vin and he nearly **** when there was no money on it. Actually some dealers will order a few cars under "customer" names. That way they got a hot car that will command a premium.

If I never went out of my way to find my car I would still be without one unless I wanted another color or aero package or nav.

 

I've been told that the orders are taken by Infiniti only once a month, early in the month. From that time it takes close to 3 months. So your order went in during the early part of January. Expect the G35 in late March to early April.

 

2 weeks. But I know a guy, who knows and guy....

 

I ordered one beginning of this month and the eta is 5/05...

 

ouch, some of you guys are getting them earlier than I am supposed to but most are going to have to wait longer. Mine was ordered the last half of January and is due to arrive mid March but April 1 the latest. (so I am told) Hence, I hold on to my order number with a passion.

 

yea I ordered mine on dec. 28th order went in first week of jan. is to be built in feb and e.t.a is april according to infiniti inquirie sheet salesman faxed me after checking on order 2 weeks after order was put in. he told me two months at first but I figured it would take longer another dealer told me 16 weeks. I can`t wait its killing me. IP/Stone/prem/areo/splash/mats.

 

Its worth the wait. I must tell you seeing people stand around waiting for their car to come off the transporter is way off the edge IMO but when mine came in, there was another transporter unloading and there must have been a good 1/2 dozen people waiting and taking pictures of their new car! Then again South Florida tends to be that way when it comes to the"hot" thing

 

^^ I cant talk. when my car comes in, I have to be there (its being delivered to my front door) but I would wanna be there regardless!!

If you guys are getting VPP that is why it is taking so long. Most likely they will have your car in b4 that but they will try to sell it at MSRP then they figure april or may they will let it go for cheaper. I got mine end of January, got it a week after i ordered it and paid VPP
