Hit and Run on a DG Coupe

Im a fairly new member to the forum so bear with me on this one. Last night after working out (Golds in the valley / So Cal), a friend and I went to grab some food and as I was dropping him off, we pulled in just in time to witness a hit and run. A Blk Accord Coupe was backing up out of a spot so I stopped to give him some room but I guess he needed some more because he rammed into the left corner (rear bumper) of a DG G35c parked behind him . Since I was literally 5 feet away from the accident, I figured the guy would get out to assess the damage (knowing that I had seen the whole thing) but instead, he looked around for about a minute and took off like nothing had happened. I couldnt let this happen to a fellow G35 owner so I followed the Accord while my friend jotted down the license plate. We came back to the parking lot, located the owner and told him what happened (gave him description of the car and the license plate for the police). Just thought I'd share this story cause I'm pretty sure there are some of you in here who have had others cause damage to their sedans or coupes and were SOL because there was no one there to witness the incident (take solice in knowing that there are good people still out there).

Feels good helping out a fellow G35 driver. Hopefully they get the guy in the Accord.

If the DG coupe owner is on here, let us know how everything turned out.

Thats great that you helped out a fellow G35. I wish everyone were the same however I gotta ask the question. If the guy didnt hit a G35, say it was a Ford or something, would you still have done the same?

There are too many people out there that witness crap like this everyday but just sit on their *** thinking that the person next to them will do the right thing. It wouldnt have mattered if it was a G35 or a Triumph - I wouldve still gotten the license plate number.

I want to hear what other G35 drivers would have done

What would you guys have done if you were in my situation?

If if wasnt a G35, would you have still helped?

Awesome job... With your Spidey sense did you happen to see who hit mine the other day? I just found red paint and a dent on my new baby's front bumper and headlight. Didn't even break her in before she got broke. Shux!

but the other big question is... would you have run away too if it was you in the accord and if nobody saw it? regardless if it was a G35 you hit or not
