Front bumper hole trim piece help

Is there somewhere I can get the trim piece to cover the hole in the front bumper where the tow hook screws in? Is it possible to buy one already painted?
2004 coupe with stock bumper, silver (stock color).
Thanks.

Try but chances are you'll need to have a body shop paint it for you. I don't remember them coming already painted after '07...Gary

I found it online somewhere for $20. I'll have to come back later to post the link since its in my home computer (at work currently). It doesn't come painted, so you'd have to go to a paint shop and have them match the paint to your car.
