What would be a decent price in So. or Nor. California? What are some tips when trying lower the price tag? Anything i should keep in mind or look out for when im buying? Thanks.

by the time you get your car, the market may likely be different. Its too early to tell. The 06's will almost be out so you would probably get a better deal. Very hard to say though.
