Yea I know there are trusted names out there for the add ons too, if anything I could call a specialist or something. The ark exhaust I posted looks like a good one tho. What about the bulldog tuner?

not a bad setup especially paired with art pipes

And regarding the bully dog there's a HUGE like 30+ page thread regarding it. Just keep to Osiris

The money spent for a hissing noise can be put towards a MUCH better-than-stillen, motordyne exhaust.

Welcome btw. Try to filter out the unintelligent posts best you can.

it's the sucking of air noise juveniles think is just bitchn
Totally not worth $2-300 and possible hp loss. The z tube is proven. They make polished z tubes if you want the bling. If you really want an intake look at furookies. Much cleaner design.
Also your link leads to no where

spend a bit more and get a motordyne setup
I personally chose HKS with art pipes but just a personal preference

MD can do no wrong lol http://www.motordyneengineering.com/index.php?cPath=1_6

Not looking to be 'cool' I'm looking to have real improvements yea I want it to sound nice but not sacrificing any hp, like I said, going for real power worth the money, that kit is true duals I'd say it's a better option than the Ypipe

Is the ztube the full intake setup with filter going through tubes to the throttle body? And if so is there any intake kit that's better in terms of hp gains

check out the nwp throttle body with a 3.5" furookie for an upgraded intake

Also keep searching more. All of your questions have been covered by Prob thousands of threads

I doubt it will matter unless you plan on doing cams as well.

injen sp cold air intake - 225 ( trust me on this the noise alone it makes is epic )
grounding wire kit from sxeces or w.e it is lol - 100$

youll need at least 500-600$ to install all of that. id save the rest for more engine bolt ons then id get a tune..

its only worth getting a tune IMO after you get everything you want unless you want 15 tunes

also if you have manual, alot of people say to get the mrev 2 with the plenum spacer for max gains.

also id probably stay away from those pulley things. they might add HP but from what i keep reading the rotational mass isnt even anymore so it'll damage it sooner or later. who knows ill have to ask people who actually know what there talking about then taking these idiots advice LOL
These idiots? Bro..look at your headlights. Those alone discredit anything you say.

Of course bolt ons aren't going to produce serious power. I've worked on cars I had a project car and wrecked it like a dumb*** in the winter. I know atleast the basics. I'm trying to get myself setup for more serious power in the future considering turbo first step is going to be the basics the bolt ons the high flow cats blender throttle body gears suspension etc. I expected some wisdom and knowledge coming from the forum to help me out, this is the beginning, not even close to forging and rebuilding the engine but always start off with the basics to set myself up for the serious things to come in the future, can't run a turbo through stock exhuast, well you could but I never would..

I came from a few camaros too, and we're not saying you don't know your way around a motor, but the VQ is definitely different. For instance, yeah, you don't usually get a ton of HP from bolt ons, but this motor is exceptionally non responsive. More so than a GM motor. Plenty of things to improve on a GM platform, but they pretty much covered all the bases on this motor. Turboing wouldn't be worth it to me unless you went straight to forged internals. Wouldn't waste the time with the stock stuff. If you're interested, there's a vendor on here who sells built motor packages ready to turbo. That's where I'm going when the time comes.
