I've had the car for about 19 months & the tires were on it when I purchased it. I noticed it about a month after buying the car. OCD kicked in and I freaked out a bit wanting to immediately change them, but read on the forum that a lot of people have ran the smaller series 50/45, 40/35 etc without issues.

My back is still higher than my front and I'm running stock suspension/height.

The difference with running a smaller ratio in the rear should help get the RPM's up quicker. Not sure what the gain is, some mathematician would have to give that answer.
