Small black box mounted to front of radiator

I went outside this morning and my battery had died. Even without the key in, I could hear a cclicking sound coming from this little black box mountef to the front of the radiator. Can someone tell me what this part is?

Okay...it's the horn....but is it common for it to run the battery down? My car hasn't been driven since Friday night, and I went out to start it, and the battery was dead. The battery is less than a year old. I asked about the horn because it was clicking continuously even after I removed the key

Sounds like an alarm problem.
